Set up your club

This creates your club and your own officer account. It takes a minute, and nothing reaches your members until you decide to send.

As members should see it on a letter, e.g. “St Anne’s Parents’ Association”.

Shown under your name, if it helps members recognise you.

You sign in with this. It is also the address members are told to contact.

At least 12 characters. Use a passphrase you do not use anywhere else.

Sending email comes later

New clubs cannot send email over our shared domain until we have spoken to you — it protects every other club’s letters from ending up in spam. Everything else, including printed packs and a full rehearsal, works straight away.
